Data Protection Laws are set to change on 25th May 2018.
The new GDPR regulations requires organisations to be open and honest with its members regarding the information that is processed, what the information is used for and how the information is stored. Tyldesley S & WPC have created this document in order to seek permission from each of its members to continue to keep personal details for each member (membership forms), and to continue using individuals emails for marketing purposes (club newsletters and club updates).
The club has produced their GDPR policy and each member of the club (parents/guardians if under age) will receive a copy of this policy.
Each member of the club is being asked to confirm OPTING IN CONSENT (by 25th May 2018) for the club to use your email address for delivering newsletters and any club related information (i.e. team selection/cancelled sessions).
If the club do not receive the OPTING IN CONSENT then your email address will be removed from club records and you will no longer receive information via email.
If you change your mind in the future you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending “UNSUBSCRIBE“
