Have a Say in the Future of Junior Water Polo in England

The Swim England Water Polo Management Group is carrying out a consultation with water polo members to understand what changes can be made to the current junior competition structure.

The aim is to ensure the needs of the community are met and that the right environment is provided for junior water polo players to develop to their full potential while enjoying themselves.

The results of the survey will be analysed, with recommendations coming into force next season. Please note all confirmed competitions will remain in their current format until announced otherwise.

The survey considers two key junior competition outlets:

  • the National Age Group Championships (NAGs) designated as a club competition
  • the Inter Regional Championships (IRCs), designated as a talent ID competition
